DropDeli – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DropDeli. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DropDeli mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using DropDeli, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  • "Merchant" refers to restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and other businesses listed on DropDeli.
  • "Rider" refers to independent delivery partners who fulfill orders.
  • "Services" refers to ordering, payment facilitation, delivery coordination, and related services provided via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use DropDeli. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • DropDeli is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Description

DropDeli provides a technology platform that connects Users with Merchants and Riders. DropDeli does not prepare, package, or sell food and does not employ Riders as employees. Merchants and Riders operate independently.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Prices, menus, and availability are determined by Merchants.
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • DropDeli reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss for orders passes to the User upon delivery.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on order status.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with DropDeli’s refund policy.
  • DropDeli reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
  • Abuse, harass, or harm Merchants, Riders, or other Users.

9. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, and legality of their products.
  • Accurate menu listings and pricing.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Rider Responsibilities

Riders are independent contractors responsible for:

  • Timely and professional delivery of orders.
  • Maintaining valid licenses, permits, and insurance where required.
  • Compliance with traffic and safety laws.

11. Ratings and Reviews

Users may provide ratings and reviews. DropDeli reserves the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of DropDeli or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropDeli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

15. Indemnification
